The Sinotruk Chassis Hydraulic Steering Heavy-Duty Cement Mixer is a specialized vehicle meticulously designed for the efficient transportation of concrete to construction sites. Often referred to as the 'field snail car' or 'olive car' due to its unique cylindrical shape, this innovative mixer ensures the safe and seamless delivery of mixed concrete with its advanced mixing technology.
Throughout the journey, the mixing drum remains in constant rotation to prevent the concrete from hardening. Upon arrival, the drum is thoroughly rinsed with water to eliminate any residual concrete. This ensures the mixer remains in optimal condition, ready for future use without any reduction in capacity.

 

 

Precautionary Measures

1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all mechanical components before startup. Only proceed once all systems are confirmed to be in excellent working condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is set to the neutral position before starting the engine.
3. After startup, move the lever to the discharge position to drain any accumulated water from the cylinder.
4. During loading, position the stirring rod accurately in the loading slot.
5. Secure the discharge chute in the designated traveling position before transport, preventing any unintended movement.
6. When operating the joystick, pause briefly in the neutral position before transitioning to the next command position.
7. Maintain a clean work environment; avoid haphazard disposal of excess materials. After discharging, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, tank, rollers, and other components. If entering the cylinder to remove hardened concrete, ensure the vehicle is powered off, the key is removed, and an external observer is present for safety.
