During transit, the mixing drum keeps rotating continuously, ensuring that the concrete remains unset. After delivery, the mixing cylinder is meticulously washed with water to prevent any residual concrete from hardening, thereby preserving the full capacity of the mixing drum for future operations.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all mechanical system components before starting to ensure optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position before initiating the start.
3. Once the engine is running, move the mixing lever to the 'discharge' position to expel any water within the cylinder.
4. During the loading process, make sure the stirring operating rod is set to the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge chute firmly in the 'traveling' position before transportation to avoid any accidental swinging.
6. When maneuvering the joystick, always pause in the 'neutral' position before shifting to the next position.
7. Maintain impeccable construction hygiene: avoid indiscriminate disposal of excess materials from the bucket. After discharging, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, tank, rollers, and other components. For internal cleaning to remove concrete clumps, ensure the vehicle is turned off, the key is removed, and a supervisor is present outside the cylinder.
